White chocolate (vegan)
ca. 10 minutes preparation time + 2 hours to set (in the fridge)
ingredients for one bar:
90-100 g cocoa butter
1/2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. (coconut) sugar
Break the cocoa butter into little pieces. Melt by bain-marie (don’t let it boil!). Add coconut oil and sugar to the liquid mass. Place some baking paper in a soup plate (fold the edges upwards). Pour the liquid mass in the prepared plate. Leave it to set/cool down in the fridge for about 2 hours. Done.
You can add spices you like, e.g. cinnamon or cardamom if you can tolerate it. Furthermore you can add dry ingredients like hemp seeds or coconut flakes to the liquid mass. Let your imagination run free.
